Q2. Who is eligible for shopping bonus program?
A : You are, as long as you:
- Purchased a Camangi WebStation on our online store during the period of January 18 to March 30, 2010.
- Create of have an account active Camangi Market account and shopping bonus account.
- Have a valid U.S. mailing address (a PO Box won’t work.)
- Adhere to the Terms of Shopping Bonus Program.
Q3. How do I make sure my purchase qualifies for cashback?
A : When you shop for a product listed on Camangi online store, that the product is eligible for cashback. You must claim for cashback by submitting your purchase items to us. You can find the claim form located in your shopping bonus account.
Q4. Is cashback real money
A : Yes, it’s real. When you make a qualifying claim for your purchases, the cashback reward will go into your shopping bonus account. After your cash out request is approved, we’ll send a real check to you. Please note that once we approve your cash out request, it takes an additional 30 days to process payment.
Q5. Is there a limit to how much cashback I can get?
A : You can earn up to $600 cashback on your purchases.
Q6. Am I eligible for cashback if I live outside the U.S?
A : No, only those who reside in the U.S. are eligible for cashback.
Q7. What happens if I return, exchange or cancel a purchase?
A : We’re unable to pay you any cashback in this case. So we’ll take the proper actions as following:
- Take the bonus back from your shopping bonus account.
- Verifying cashback Your request is no longer pending. We wait up to 30 days after your purchase for possible returns, and then your cashback can be approved.
Q8. What does it mean when my cashback is pending, verifying, approved?
A :
- Pending We’ve received your application, and will need at least one day to process your request.
- Verifying cashback Your request is no longer pending. We wait up to 45 days after your purchase for possible returns, and then your cashback can be approved.
- Verifying cashout Your request is in processing.
- Approved cashback We’ve deposit the requested cashback in your shopping bonus account.
- Approved cashout Your request has been approved. And a check will be sent to you within 30 days.
